Pumpkin Time!

This past weekend we headed out to the pumpkin patch to find some gourds to cut into! Miss E had a great time! The weather was absolutely gorgeous out! She didn't even want to wear her jacket! (A kid after my own heart!)



Words can't explain how much fun I have being this child's mother. She is just beyond words.



Unlike her brother, I have quite a bit of time before I have to worry about her actually getting behind the wheel for real! Clear the roads!!



She was in a camera mood, so I got a ton of great pictures of her (I just uploaded over a hundred and fifty onto my Facebook account, for those of you on my list!)


She LOVED bringing her pumpkin home! While I made dinner, she sat it on the couch and kneeled in front of it. She looked at it and had an entire ten minute conversation, full of giggles, songs and laughing. This kid cracks me up!

I was almost afraid she wouldn't want us to cut into it, but she had a blast carving her new "friend" up!



And the final result was adorable, if I do say so myself! Miss E kept pointing to it and saying, "My pumpkin!" She was so dang proud of herself!
